As we get ready to reopen today at 4 pm for window orders, I want to recognize @drdaveoncall for his consultation work in helping establish new protocols to make our restaurant safer for our staff and our guests from COVID19! He took my call with just under a week before the originally planned reopen, did a full walkthrough of the space, and provided me with a SOP that was shared with our staff via email and through in person training. His work provided myself and my staff the confidence to come back and operate in a safe fashion! Thank you! And thanks to @piecechicago for the introduction!

Also, found out that we attended the same medical school together, just a few years apart. He was obviously smart enough to finish… Me? Eh… 😄 Remember, all woodfired and Logan Square orders must be done at least one day in advance on @tockhq (link on my profile) but we will have big ole NY style slices available (along with sourdough pan loaves and shokupan) for immediate purchase!
